Midnight Cherry Spritz

½ oz simple syrup 2 oz Sour Cherry Gin Liqueur Muddle: ½ tsp fresh grated ginger 3 sprigs of fresh mint 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar. Pour over chilled ice in short glass, add sparkling water

Sparkling Lemon Basil Sour

3 basil leaves 1 teaspoon lemon zest Sugar with Cardamom* 1 ounce lemon juice 2 oz Lemon-Lime Ginger Liqueur Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour into a glass and top with Soda water, Garnish with a lemon slice. *infuse ½ cup of table sugar with 2 tbsp. Lemon zest and 1 tsp ground cardamom.


Vanilla Pear Sip

1.5 oz Winter Gin 2 oz vanilla pear syrup* ½ oz lemon juice Splash of citrus bitters Add ingredients to a short cocktail glass with ice. *chop 3 ripe pears into ¼ inch pieces, add to a sauce pan, add 1 cup of honey and a splash of good vanilla boil until pears are soft. Strain off liquid. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for use up to three weeks.

Creamy Chai Cocktail

1.5 oz Full Circle Vodka 4 oz sweet chai (cold and strong brew) 1-2 tbsp of heavy cream Add ice to a tall glass, add strong sweet tea and vodka, add heavy cream, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve with a start to mix.

Canadian Maple Whisky Sour

1.5 oz Weatherhead Whisky 1 oz Lemon juice 1 oz maple syrup 1.5 oz egg whites Shake with ice until egg whites are foamy and strain into a martini glass

The BEST Gin and Tonic

1.5 oz Farmacy Gin 5 oz Tonic Large wedge fresh orange, and a sprig of rosemary Over ice, add gin, smash orange and rosemary to release oils, add tonic – Enjoy!
