Spiced Rumination is a gorgeous rum-type spirit made with locally grown sugar beets in southern Alberta. We took our amber rum and blessed it with spices and flavors including, including cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. It has a bold spicy aroma and mixes well with eggnog, cola or tonic.
