It may be consider a "weird whisky" when it's finsihed the barreling process, but our Triticale Spirit is a rare find. Triticale is a hybrid grain cross of Rye and Wheat. It's not commonly distilled. It has unigue taste spicier than wheat and sweeter than rye.
