This lightly aged barley spirit is part of our Young Guns Series. In antipation of our finished Whisky we have distilled the barley grain grown right here in Rolling Hills on our farm. This local product is reminicint of a scotch like liquor and hosts complex flavors and a smooth velvety finish.
